Voting Rights
If you are a US citizen living in Mexico you may still vote in federal elections, i.e., for President, Senator, and Federal Congressperson. Simply register to vote in the last voting district you legally lived in when a US resident and vote by absentee ballot. You may register in the last district in which you were a legal resident, whether or not you’ve previously registered to vote there.
